This is not scam. It is a company contracted by Humana to provide in-home visits by a medical practitioner, who performs a simple health assessment and will give you information about any resources in your area (healthcare related), and answer any questions you may have. They provide you with a copy of their assessment, and they also send a copy of it to your primary care provider. I have used this benefit. It is offered at no cost, and it is not mandatory. If you are not interested, just tell them. There is no obligation. A possible reason for seeing local numbers is that the company has practitioners all over the country and will of course send one who is in your area.
