Keep calling to make an appointment for a upgrade . I have the upgrade scheduled. They use multiple different numbers. They refuse to stop calling even though I am already scheduled with them. Ridiculous!

Legit. Outside service calling for ADT..regarding cellular update. They sent me an email with my name, other identifying info and asked me to phone. The gal knew my address and scheduled. I called ADT just to be sure and their accounting dept. Already had my service appointment in the books. They do, however, as mentioned above, continue to call. The number is safe.

Caller claimed to be with ADT and they are wanting to schedule service to replace their cellular equipment with 5G-capable equipment. As a precaution, I did not schedule an appointment because the call was not coming from their main number. However, since I am a current ADT customer, I said I would call their regular number to schedule when I was ready (they said they have two years to replace the equipment, so no rush on my part). Not 15 minutes later I get another call from this same number and it was ADT again but a different agent. I told the agent they literally had just called me and that I would contact them to schedule at a later time. They still call me every day, and I just stopped answering. They don't leave a voicemail.
