This is the number for ADT's corporate office. STAY FAR FARRR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! ADT's monitoring center does not call your home even when your alarm siren has been wailing for 5, 10, or 20 minutes. This happened on multiple occasions when I accidentally triggered the alarm. On one accidental alarm triggering, I went to buy groceries, came home 35-40 minutes later, and the alarm was still blaring, and no one at ADT ever called to see if the alarm was due to a burglary. So I canceled the ADT service, and they still insisted on charging me for the next 3 months!!!! Now every day, ADT is illegally robo-dialing-spamming my phone from ADT's 800-689-5939 corporate office, sometimes calling 8 to 12 times a day starting from 8 AM to 9 PM. This is what scammers do!!!!! I phoned them back the first time that they called, they asked if they could retain me as a customer by giving me a discounted monthly rate, and I told them the reasons why I hated ADT, with the primary reason that ADT's monitoring center does not give a shyt about people's alarms going off. Maybe their monitoring center employees take naps, play video games, or watch online pornz, so they are not noticing alarms that have been blaring for 30 or 40 minutes. I think ADT's own advertised terms of service state a response time of 30 or 45 seconds after someone's alarm triggers. HA!! Yeah right!!!! After I phoned this 800-689-5939 back and spoke to ADT's corporate office, now they still keep robo-dialing me numerous times every day. ADT is a company filled with fraudsters in their corporate office and incompetent idiots at their alarm monitoring centers. I have now signed on with another alarm monitoring company that is both less expensive and, after testing their response time several times by purposely triggering my alarm, a lot more prompt and competent with their monitoring.
