Have been receiving the same call from this number for over a year (it's now blocked, but I receive notifications from my cell phone carrier when it calls). Asks, "Is this (my name)? Press 1 for yes, and 2 for no." Obviously a scam. Number blocked, reported as fraud to carrier, carrier now identifies number as "Scam" for all users.

Asks me "Is this [name], please press 1 for yes and 2 for no." Voice is text-to-speech, and the name is cutout from a different audio clip. Not sure if a scammer, but definitely shady.

Voicemail - first in Spanish then in English. “Is this (my name)? Press 1 if yes press 0 if not.” My name sounded like it was said by a real person, like an audio clip of my name or just a different robot for the name part.
