Yet another smelly Indian cockroach breathing heavily into the phone, and hopefully spreading coronavirus to his entire phone room!

Scam

Caller had a thick accent, likely Indian or maybe Filipino, and says, "Hello, may I speak with Laura?" but she pronounces "Laura" more like "Larry". I say, "This is Laura." And then she says, "Do you have erectile dysfunction, diabetes, painful swelling, headaches?" with terrible pronunciation. Apparently, this scammer is reading off of a fixed scam script and does not know how to adjust her wording for women lol. I am feeling annoyed at being bothered by a phone scam on my day off, so I just play along with her nonsense. She mentions some fake drug names that I have never heard of (I am a doctor) and could not answer any of my probing questions. She then asks for my social and Medicare numbers. I am too young for Medicare and my voice also sounds very young. I smirk to myself and ask her why she needs my SSN. She says "for insurance purposes". So I roll my eyes and ask her, "Which insurance companies do you work with over there in Delhi or Mumbai? Or do you work with Manila companies?" Apparently it hurts her head too much to think of a reply, so her voice instantly goes from soft and friendly to yelling at me "F*ck you, b*tch!" and hangs up. India is now the new COVID-19 epicenter for Coronavirus infections, so their imploding economy is triggering huge tsunamis of phone scammers working in germy phone rooms trying to steal your money! That explains why I am noticing far more Indians phoning me with every kind of scam right now. Every week, they pretend to be just about everyone except my father lol. And these callers are all ready to drop the f-bomb if you politely tell them to stop calling!
