They left an automated message that there were fraudulent charges on my Upgrade debit card and asked me to call the fraud department back at 800-504-5706. This felt odd since I had not used my Upgrade card to warrant this call. I called Upgrade General Customer Service line directly instead of the 800-504-5706 number. Upgrade verified this is number is not associated with Upgrade. If you received this voicemail, don't fall for this scam. A scammer is trying to get your details.

I called Upgrade directly because I haven't funded or used this account in more than a year. So, I know no charges have been put on my debit card. Don't fall for this, cause if you do, whoever it is will end up draining your account.

I received a call from this number after making a purchase through Amazon Pay. They claimed to be Upgrade fraud prevention (where I bank) and gave me a case number to call them back. I called Upgrade directly and spoke to their fraud prevention department and they said this number is not an Upgrade phone number.

This cross river bank called me had my phone number actually had my first and last name said that they were from fraud prevention here's a case number call back when I called back woman answered I refuse to answer in any personal information she answered and I immediately asked her how did you get my phone number and name I don't have an account with you I don't have a credit card with you I don't have a debit card with you oh I am so sorry you need to call your customer service rep I says no I want the name of the business and your address she refused to give it to me. This is a scam
