My call blocker app identifies this call as coming from 4401 Zoo Pkwy, Asheboro, NC, USA. There is an actual zoo there, but both the location and phone number are most probably being spoofed.

Claimed to be for the CRA but number is not anywhere on the website. Probably a scam.
