I got the voicemail (cutoff containing only the below): "if you did not authorize this transaction please press 1 to connect with coinbase fraud specialist to perform a review for dispute please press 1 if you did not authorize this transaction on your coinbase account" I googled the number and its Schwab. Well, I did just withdraw a lot of money from Coinbase back into Schwab checking. So I called Schwab and they had no clue and said they had not reached out to me. The message sounds very suspicious, like it is allegedly Coinbase but calling from a Schwab number. And when the Schwab rep said they hadn't called me, it kind of drives home that there is something else going on. Since there is a hint of accuracy here (I had made a transfer from CB to Schwab), I'm pretty weirded out because it implies there is some kind of data leak occurring, but I think this was likely phishing from a number that was falsified at this point.
