If Robo Killer is blocking calls even when you have it turned off, just cancel any subscription, uninstall because if you have an android, it now pops up saying spam call and the new Android update allows you to clock a button to 'Screen the Call' first before an answering. You people are getting ripped off. Apps like this cater to the desperate, the curious and the technical illiterate.
