Man claimed that there were suspicious Zelle transactions on my Chase account. I told them I don't have a Chase bank account and don't use Zelle. They transferred me to "Zelle". Woman said that the charges must be on another bank account. I told them I do not use Zelle and don't have it activated on any bank account. I heard a baby crying in the background, so I hung up.
