this feedback report NEEDS to be routed to the Support Department. Something in the software code is not working properly. My calls that are "supposed" to be recorded, for some unknown reason, are not, at the audio level, available for my review! As a result, I am not able to make the correct decision to either, "Allow", or "Block", the number in the future! This results with me spending hard earned money on a service that I CAN NOT use to its fullest capabilities. That is a "sure-fire" way to get me to 2 very important points : 1) I'm wasting my valuable money, & 2) I'm getting EXTRAORDINARY angry! Neither of these situations are, even at the imaginative level, anywhere near ACCEPTABLE! Please for the sake of my sanity, advise me on how to fix this issue!
