I like Calmax as a source of calcium and magnesium because it is vegetable sourced. Sounds like a good idea because mineral supplements dug out of the ground like dolomite may have a dose of lead in them. Plants naturally filter out the lead and other toxic elements. However I do not need any now because I am stocked up with a half dozen of them at the present. I do not need that much that I want to buy another 8 right now. Please do not call me. I will call you when I am depleted of your most excellent product.
