Think Energy (an electricity company) called - until this week, I had service with them - contract ended this week. I have yet to return call. I did not answer call. Unsure if this is a cold call; or, possibly is related to why I went with a cheaper service than was offered to renew. (Unlike most callers, this person spoke slowly and clearly, and the call back number was given slowly so was understandable; caller left a voice mail message.)
