Also they are NOT calling about federally backed student loans! They are calling about PRIVATE student loans, not subsidized loans. Block.

It's a bottom-of-the-barrel debt collector that buys up loans from 18+ years ago and tries to get you to pay less than the actual amount. This is not on my credit report and I informed them I won't be paying them anything.

(800) 399-4532 Financial Asset Management Systems (FAMS) called about my federally backed student loans and Youmail blocked the call! I am too happy that they cannot bother me. If I had the money they would be paid. May G*d help the student loan forgiveness program, I need it.
