Alea called from Harry & David on an order I placed on 12/10. Phone number was 800-282-4200. How did they have my name, vendor and date of purchase? Her name was Alea, they were in a call center environment with a Philipino accent. Order number did not match and I hung up. It is a scam!

Received a phone message and email that my Harry & David order (that is already late) would be shipping late and wanted permission for late shipping. I called the return number 1-800-282-4200 (different from the number on the Harry and David website) and gave them the ok. My order now shows as canceled. I called the number on the Harry and David website and they confirmed that someone did call, and that the order is not canceled. So not sure if the number/call is legitimate. The order number in my online account that was canceled is different from the order number I was given by phone message and email.

Multiple emails that an order I put through vis Celebrations/ Harry and David was not able to be processed and they could not get authorization from my PayPal account and requested a different card asking to be called back at 1-800-282-4200. H&D sent an authorization, FedEx tracking number and the bill hit my account so I was suspicious and found this site when looking up the number. Needless to say this is not a H&D Customer Service number. Disturbing they knew I placed and order and used PayPal.

I received a call from 1-877-322-1200 that displayed as Harry and David customer service on my caller ID. It was a foreign person stating they had not gotten payment for my order. They had the type of card I used and who I was sending the gift basket to so I almost thought it was legit. I knew I had gotten the confirmation the order went through, plus it placed through the website Celebrations, not Harry and David directly. I told him I would call the bank and call him back. He gave me 1-800-282-4200 to reach him and I looked it up and found this website. Very disappointed they were able to get my info. I don't know if this is on my credit card's end or the company I ordered from, but this is scary!

Left a voicemail saying they were from Harry and David and they needed me to call this 1-800-324-4200 for additional info on an order I placed. They gave me a bogus order number. I had ordered an item but this was not the order number. Scam

also received a call from them today. but i didn't call them I called the number on the website and the order number left on the voicemail could not be found in Harry & David's system. when I looked at my actual order number; it is totally different. this is a scam caller
