this is customer service from ready fresh primo water service. I canceled their service 2 months ago and they're calling me almost every other day with options to restart. I've asked them to take me off their call lists several times but they're not doing that and I continue to get calls. I'm now blocking them.

Readyfresh. Sadly I still have this company's cooler in my home. I attempted to cancel service because of employment in Jan 2021. I was canceling the service and wanted to cancel autopay as well. I called to have the cooler removed from my home along with several empty jugs but instead I was told I would have to go back on autopay. Without permission, I guess they attempted to run my card anyway so the next associate I spoke with stated I needed another card because that card declined. I was aware because I advised my bank to stop all automatic payments. Well after all the back and forth calling and emails of me pleading for them to come and get the cooler and empty water bottles. They stood firm and denied the request to pick up their products. I even asked if there was a facility I could take it to. NOPE. So I am blocking their number
