Phoned numerous times with no message. Sent a bill for anesthesia, but no details. Also have not received a statement from the insurance company.

This is listed as being a debt collector for anesthesia services, but no bill has come in from the (*prepaid*) surgical center. No message was left, and I confirmed the number is associated with reported medical scammers. Until I get a paper bill and a statement from insurance confirming validity, this number is being blocked!
