Verizon will never call you unless you’ve called the customer service directly and made arrangements with an actual call center rep to call you back at a certain time and date to help you set up your phone or something. I used to work for Verizon. I received a call and voicemail and then immediately after the voicemail I got a text from an (825) area code that stated “Hello” I guess to try to see if I was a real person or something. No thanks… report junk and block.
