A woman calling herself Jane calling from Asurion Verizon Wireless about the replacement phone I received. First time was immediately after the phone was delivered and 2nd time was immediately after I reported to Asurion that the phone they sent had malware installed and requested a new replacement phone. This number seems to be connected to a big network of scams. Asurion confirmed this phone number is not associated with them.
