Call from "Unknown" that I did not answer. No voicemail. Immediately followed with "Hi, is this [my name]?" I did not reply, assuming a scammer.

Same story I saw reported previously - caller ID said only "Florida." I did not answer. No caller ID reported. I don't know anyone who lives in the state of Florida who would call me. Almost immediately after the call, I got a text from the same number that said only, "Hi. Are you [person's name]?" Because they didn't say who they were, I just deleted the text. I assume it's scammer.

Caller ID said only "Florida." I disconnected the call without a response and without letting it reach voicemail. (I do this with numbers I don't recognize, that don't have a caller ID of someone I know, or that say "Restricted." I don't know anyone named Florida, nor anyone who lives in the state of Florida who would call me.) Four minutes later, I got a text from the same number that said only, "Hi. Are you [person's name]?" Because they didn't say who they were, I deleted the text without a reply. I can only speculate that it's scammer.
