AQRN LOC SVCS /AQRN ASST MGMT are both Aquarion Asset Management, LLC. 9303 Monroe Rd Ste C, Charlotte, NC 28270-2445, Phone (267) 367-5496, Mr. W D Muhhamad, Compliance Manager, Ms. Denise Jones, Secretary. These are con artists. They use old, and paid debt/ made up debt and scare tactics to get you to pay by phone immediately. They have collected personal information including social security numbers. They call relatives and tell them you are going to be arrested or served for court to get them to pay. They use spoofed phone numbers so it looks like they are in your area. They have multiple complaints filled with the BBB and FTC. They have been taken to court and have lost every time as they do not show up. If someone calls you like this, ask for the callers full name, the companies full name, business address, business phone number and their operational license number, you can look it up state by state. Never give them any personal info. If they refuse to give you info, its a scam. If they demand money by phone only, its a scam. If they threaten to send the sheriff or take you to court, its a scam. If you have never received a letter regarding this debt, its a scam. Scammers work everyday calling hundreds of people, they only need 2 or 3 a day to profit and keep going.
