Called from a local area number, Claimed to be Allstate insurance company asking to authenticate me by asking questions. I thought it was a real insurance company . The call dropped. He called back from a different number using 866 number and then texted from a different number. Sounded desperate.

Called, said I did a quote with Allstate, and asked for a ton of info in one sentence. I mentioned I wasn't able to give that out, and he said He already had it, and rattled off part of it. Name was correct but other info was not. I told him that was not correct, and the city he mentioned is NOT correct, and he said Oh.. OK.. Bye.. All the while, a loud dog toy was squeaking in the background...
