The caller is shown as "American Red Cross." I received this call twice within a week. I didn't pick up nor leave any message. I donate blood for years and they call me regularly, just different caller IDs, sometimes it's 1-800 number.

Just a solicitation to donate blood if you have done so before. There's a shortage, so they'll calling a lot but it's not spam.
