"Travis County Sherrif's searching for a 10 years old, orange beach boys t-shirt , black backpack with cartoon characters on it. 4ft 11'' brown eyes, grey crocs, office is missing a blonde hair 80 lb boy named Jackson" I don't answer robot calls or spam, so it went to VM and left me that message.

The message showed as potential spam when it came in. I don't answer calls unless I know the caller, so it went to voicemail. It was a message about a missing 80-year-old man who was last seen amount 1/2 mile from where I live. I have never received one of these before, and the robot caller (it was definitely a simulated voice) did not say who was calling. Most messages like that start off by saying "This is ____ from the ____ Department." This was very weird. I don't know what kind of scam it is, but something here is fishy.
