Called and left no message on machine. Might be related to storm warning?

These idiots made the news and now we know who made the spam calls: https://www.kxan.com/news/local/travis-county/travis-county-sends-out-unintelligible-emergency-alert-in-spanish-ahead-of-severe-weather/#:~:text=AUSTIN%20(KXAN)%20%E2%80%93%20Ahead%20of,sent%20out%20an%20additional%20alert. The first call in English was bad enough, then they send out another one in Spanish that even those who know Spanish can't understand. Then they send TWO MORE after that. According to the article, these are the names of those responsible: https://oem.traviscountytx.gov/pages/aboutus They should have a way to opt out of these, but they don't even include a hint about who is calling in the actual spam calls they make.

They've called 4 times in the last few hours, each time a different language. There is no way to remove yourself. The information isn't even accurate. They SUCK!!!

Also, the number called has not ever been given out for local weather or any other type of community alert. It kept calling until I answered.
