Just said urgent matter. did not ask for me by name. you could tell they were reading from a card to remember and did not give a number in the message, just said to call the number on the caller id. Tired of all of these scams. I am guessing they are saying they are a debt collector. If I have a bill, I get a letter in the mail, none of this bs trying to figure out who they are. Never heard of FR services. Looked this up on line and has nothing to do with being a debt collector.
