For years, I was a customer of CVS. Between September and December 2021, a new pharmacist made life threatening mistakes that caused my family to move to Walgreens. Recently I have been getting area code 855 calls that always hung up on my answering machine, until this call. It claimed to be CVS calling about prescriptions, but didn't say for whom. I called it back using its code and an automated system wanted me to enter my name, birthdate, and Social Security number before connecting me to an agent. I refused to do that, and hung up - and called Customer Service who refused to help me, hung up on me, and refused to answer online. THIS time it was live people trying to sell me a CVS Medical plan. NO. I do not know if this is really CVS or not - but it came off like scammers. CVS was told to not contact me again back in December 2021.
