I'm a claims billing specialist for a hospital, and this call came from one of the provider insurance portals I was logging into. It's a 2-0factor authentication call to provide you the code to log in. I don't know what the other comment is on about.

"TWILIO VERIFY" - This is a 2FA verification call. Not a robocall at least for me.

Unknown caller IDd as "TWILIO VERIFY" Auto message began during outgoing message, so only part recorded was "press option 5". You need to add "Unknown", "Hang-up" and "No message" to the category list.
