Celtic Bank Card Services (they manage several different credit cards - in my case, Surge Mastercard through Continental Finance). I had a payment returned by my bank in error and this is the number they called from to attempt to collect payment. It’s not a scam or spam caller. It’s a credit card company attempting to collect a debt you owe.

This number has called me 5 times a day for the last week. I’ve never answered and they’ve never left a voicemail. It’s an obvious scam caller. Recommend blocking them asap - especially if they continue to keep calling. Most people and businesses know by now that if it’s important, leave a voicemail or send a text. There are way too many of these type of calls to try to figure out which are legit and which are not. If it’s important, leave a voicemail! Otherwise, I’m not calling you back or answering when you keep calling. I recommend others do the same. Better safe than sorry.
