Comenity calls my home everyday from different numbers for a debt that is definitely not mine. I've tried to tell them that they have the wrong person and number but they do not listen. I've blocked thus number but they continue calling me from so many different numbers. This is wrong, I don't understand how a shady bank is allowed to do this to innocent people. I've made a complaint to the BBB and Federal Trade Commission but nothing is done. I get NO He'll from them. I think the BBB, FTC and other Agencies work together to help this Fake Comenity Bank!! I just keep blocking every number, that's all I can do.

Spam Scam calls are harassing and disturbs the peace. It needs be law against this that can press charges for all applicable . Have company that locks scammers up, fines them for harassing calls & breach of peace, take away phone privileges. Make them pay police, the fcc, the company who gets them & victim they harassed. Maybe this put stop to the harassment.
