SCAM! The recording tells you to call them at a different number of 866-662-6214. This is a very common phone scam tactic - call using hundreds of fake Caller ID numbers and ask you to phone them at one or a few numbers that they actually monitor. If you call them, you get an Indian scammer with a very thick accent who quickly asks for your credit card numbers and Social Security number. Instant scam alert: anyone who says that they are a debt collector immediately reveals themselves to be a scammer because real debt collectors do not ask for your SSN!!!!
