I received a text from 720-340-5469. When I replied with “Stop” I received a text that I had been successfully unsubscribed from 720-303-2190. “Hey ____? Reaching out to see if youd consider selling _______ if the price made sense? Im jack btw I work in real estate in the ________ area” My reply: https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/DOC-408396A1.pdf Jack: “Thanks for sharing that. If you have any questions about selling or just want to chat about your home's value, let me know. No pressure either way.” Me: “ I am not interested in selling my home. Please do not text me again. Your sms is required to have opt out language. And consent to text is required.” Jack: “I appreciate you pointing that out. If you'd like to stop these texts, just reply STOP anytime. Let me know if you have any questions about your home's value.” Me: “Stop” Then I received this from 720-303-2190: “ You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”

As many others commented, received a random SMS text - "Hey <MY NAME>? Reaching out to see if youd consider selling <MY HOME ADDRESS> if the price made sense? Im jack btw I work in real estate in the <CITY> area" Did not reply, blocked and deleted message. Sketchy.

Received text from this number asking if it was me - used my first name. Seems shady. After reading previous comments, I blocked & deleted.
