Obvious real estate scam. Scammer texted message, likely using a spoofed phone number, suggesting I call them to discuss selling a property that is not for sale. The text did not include a real person’s name or company name. I’ve been getting these, mostly fake and far below market values offers, for years. They come by phone, email, text and snail mail too.
