Calls, repeatedly, dialogue used is to convince people that it’s a legal matter, and that they could legally face charges if they do not call back. They do not stay who they are calling on behalf of or what’s the matter involves. Words used are almost close enough to make it seem as if they are threatening further action being taken legally if you do not return their message. Bordeline illegal collection practices if you ask me.

Keep calling and leaving a message for someone we don't even know or haven't even heard of to return the call for an attempted debt collection. Lots of background noise, talking, and auto-dialers going very clearly.
