A voicemail was left by Emily from Wellpoint's scheduling line stating to call back. When I called back an automated message in the same voice stated to hold while someone available to speak was located. Almost immediately the call was answered by Emily's voicemail stating to leave my name, phone number, and reason for calling. The voice from the voicemail I received, the automated hold message, and Emily's voicemail box were all the same AI-sounding voice. Any further attempted calls resulted in hearing a busy tone each time. Seems to be a false number.
