Scam from non-English speaking banchots. Do not return the call nor deal with them but good for a laugh when bored.

Scam
Caller Name: Gwen from the Freedom Network

Gwen called from the Freedom Network saying "Hello this is Gwen calling you from the Freedom Network. At the time of our last conversation, you were exploring your options to legally and permanently exit your timeshare contract. It is urgent that we discuss your current options as most resorts will be exercising what is considered a special assessment. This may legally obligate you to pay thousands in unexpected costs based on the current industry outlook. I can be reached between the hours of 8 am to 7 pm eastern standard time at 170-6200-5334 just ask for Gwen." Yes, she gives the phone number like that starting just with 170 which sure sounds weird but likely on purpose. Also note if on say Tmobile you do *67 to make your call private, the number says not in service. But if you do not do that, the number works.
