Called at 4:44 am, I did not recognize number but phone marked it as a Telemarketer from Vienna, VA. I have blocked caller as my outgoing VM greeting states if person not recognized and they do not leave message I will block.

Two calls in a row at 4am. Bypass do not disturb mode when you call twice within 3 minutes. Whoever it is knows what they're doing, spoofing calls.
