It comes up as 'Portfolio Recovery' on my caller ID but no one ever says a word from the other end!!! This has been on going for months now. And the kicker?... I have No Debt!! They call at all hours of the day into the night. Starting as early as 7:00 am and going as late as 9:30 pm!! I have tried everything to get them to stop. As soon as I talk, they hang up!! As soon as I block, they call from a bunch of different numbers All associated with the 'Portfolio Recovery' caller ID. It is Neverending...
