"Mikey" called and said he was working on a neighbor's roof and noticed a pigeon go under my solar panels. I do have solar roof, not sure how he got my number, but I have pigeon guards already and just had someone clean panels in the last week. Saw no issues with the guards, because he would have fixed them at the time for a fee.

This Mikey guy also left me the exact message. He sticks to his script. No idea who he is or how he got my phone number.

As others have said. I received a voicemail from "Mikey" stating he was repairing "Loose Ridge Tiles" on my neighbor's house and noticed I also had some loose ridge tiles. Offered to give me a free inspection. Oddly. Didn't leave his phone number so I had to look at the caller ID. Obviously not legit as how did he get my phone number if he only drove by my house? Scam.....

He "was fixing my neighbors roof" and saw some issue on my roof and wanted to give me a free estimate. But he called on a cell phone that is not affiliated with my house, name, or location, so how did he see my roof and get my number???? This is a scam - don't fall for it.
