Indian guy called to ask for a survey, ok sure. 3 questions then transferred me to another dept after to thank me, 500 points i think it was IGT? Anyways, they tried to get some info and then line disconnected, called back 5 times, each time they hung up after i said hello. Total scammers.

YOUNG FOREIGN GUY CALLED FROM 689-283-4407. HE ASKED FOR SOMEONE IN OUR HOUSEHOLD BY THE RIGHT NAME. WHEN I ASKED WHO HE WAS, HE CLAIMED HE COULDN'T HEAR ME. I ASKED WHO HE WAS, HIS NAME... HE SAID HE COULDN'T HEAR ME AGAIN (YES, HE COULD!). I THEN AKSED HIS NAME AGAIN, HE HUNG UP!

Called claiming to be IHG Hotel Customer service asking me to take a survey. They made me an “exclusive offer” and asked for my credit card info but would not take no for an answer. They did have my email which was concerning. Anyway, I just hung up

I first received a call from an "IHG representative" that said I could take a short survey and then receive 500 IHG points just for listening to a "getaway offer'. The 2nd female representative rattled off a number of places I could stay for a discounted rate. She then stated I would receive cash back which would ultimately make the stay completely free. I googled this phone number and came up with the scam information.
