Claims to be BCBS and needed to set up “at home healthcare” for my husband. Then said it was a physical that BCBS requires. I hit record call as soon as I smelled their bs. She lasted 55 seconds before hanging up and immediately calling my husbands phone. FYI. Both of us are in good health
