When I answered the phone, she said Mr. Handyman asked me to reach out to (my name). I said that I haven't used their service in 3 years. She said thank you and hung up.

Unknown spam caller. Robo Killer reports this number as Survey spam. Other search engines report number as non-existent.

I picked up the phone and it was silent until a recorded female voice said hello. When I stayed silent, it hung up. Looked up the phone number elsewhere it looks like it belongs to Guildquality which has been sending me emails to complete a survey for a vendor I had come to my house.
