I recognized this number it has called me several times so I looked it up and noticed other callers saying its a health insurance scam and that sounds about right. I never see the number long enough if I answer and hear that noisy backround with a pause and foreign language I hang up before they can say anything then block them. Inevitably they will call again with a different number. It's hard for me not to answer because I am looking for a job also. It really interfere with my job hunting I cant believe its even a thing. !!!!!!!!!!
