This lady said her name is Jamie Davis with VICB law in Atlanta GA. Said my husbands social was involved. She was retained to settle outside of court. I questioned the area, she confirmed it was Atlanta GA. I let her know I couldn’t find ANY company by that name in Atlanta. Said we had court Feb 6, 3 days away lol. But court was in my own county. I said that’s weird, my husband is a deputy.. if he had court in 3 days surely he’d have been notified. She put me on hold and never came back. So I called her right back.. no answer.. called from a different number, answered on the first ring 🤣🤦🏻♀️ she’s stupid.

Called and said they have my ssn and I took a loan from a payday loan place(never used a scummy place like that) telling me I owe 2600. And I have a court date in Georgia on Feb 6th.(Currently Feb 3rd). Wouldn't give me the loan company name, my bank info. Nothing. Called her out on a scam. She told me get a lawyer. And I told her to f*ck off. Lost my cool at the end when I knew it was a scammer.

left a voicemail I called back cause I like to mess with them but don't get fooled by this one she said I had possible bank fraud I'm like oh that's impossible my wife is my bank manager and I have a perfect credit score I checked right before I made this call she acted like she was checking on her computer then she asked for my employment, I told her I work with the FBI she put me on hold and hung up. I love messing with these ppl.

Woman left voicemail saying she wanted me to call 678-389-2701 so we could talk privately about suspicious activity tied to my SS # and possible bank fraud. No company name, no specifics but she did know my name. Weird. i just blocked the number.

Complete BS. Lady from 678-389-2701 just woke me up from a nap and said she was a "claims processor" from a "legal firm" and that "a client has contracted with them to either have the settlement against me paid or they will garnish my wages." Karma is coming for this bitch.
