Um, I'm working with the city of Albertville, uh Megan over there, Megan Becker, to confirm, um, a few permit records. So I'm working on the exterior records at the moment, and your home showed up without any recent uh exterior permits. So I just had a quick question to confirm that uh that is correct, that you're the homeowner, um. And um yeah, if any work has truly been done after especially after last year's storm, you know, the data I have here is pretty extensive with a lot of homes, so, um, in the neighborhood there that had exterior work completed from that July storm. So, um, I'll send a quick text, feel free to reply there and enjoy this wonderful day. Thanks."
