Initially, I called the insurance company Medical, they connected me with this person, said that he helps to solve issues with the delivery of a new card in connection with loss or theft. After I was connected with him, he asked me a couple of questions, after which we were disconnected and he called me back from the phone number listed below (650) 585-8067 - and asked me for my SSN number. I am worried that this is not a bona fide employee of Medical, who should be checked for theft of personal data.
