Got a call 650 250 0433 when I had created a Meta Support ticket for my Advertising Account (Facebook Ads). I was very skeptical. The name matched the name on the Facebook Support chat and they did not ask for any relevant information, but I was very hard on them. It sounded like they were tee'ing up for a question of "which card would you like to use for that account" type of question. I asked and they offered no phone extension to call them back, nor could say that the phone number 650 250 0433 was posted on their support website anywhere. Nothing came of it but it felt odd. I called the number back and got "You have reached Meta. etc." That could be a BS voice message as well. Usually massive companies do not reach out to customers like this. They want to support customers at scale – meaning with AI chatbots, or via chat.

This may actually be Facebook calling. I submitted a support ticket about 2 hours ago and then received this call. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number, but shortly thereafter, I received an email in response to my support ticket so the timing lines up.
