Exactly that’s what happened with me now, she is doing survey on behalf of Toronto police

Some lady saying they’re doing a survey for something about Ontario's Government. I said I wasn’t interested in participating and she sounded annoyed by my answer. I asked if there was a website I could check out for their thing and she said no. I again said not interested and hung up.

person claiming to be police. said to use a random number generator to call people with a robot. asked for my postal code. gave them no information. they seem to try to steal personal information to resell or do something malicious

My phone flagged the caller as likely spam. Lady on phone claimed to be doing a survey for Toronto Police Service. I just hung up lol
