Trying to call my phone to find it from Alexa

0016466877449 Called my uk number moments ago. I didn’t answer it and let it ring. Then I hear my echo dot upstairs sound like it’s making an outbound call. I can hear the ring ring like I’m waiting for someone to answer. I’ve no idea what happened as my mobile was beside me and no voice commands were used. For some reason my Alexa/amazon Dot decided to ring my mobile. Something it’s never done in over 3 years of owning it.

This number is produced when I call my own phone from alexa if I try calling it back it tries to connect to New York imagine that's a mainframe server. Didn't get through.
