Scammer pretending to be discover.

This is a scam. I got a similar voicemail from this number offering to lower my Discover card rate. I do not and have never had a Discover card. By the next day both the telephone and callback numbers were disconnected.

Call to offer a lower interest rate, the message left says is from Discovery credit card and ask to call to the "members department ", not to a specific phone number. I'm not sure if it is scam or not.
